What's the challenge?
The challenge was to develop a seamless payment experience through bank applications. The keynote was to ensure accessibility and functionality in record time. Achieve a 30% increase in payment efficiency and speed through user testing.
Definition and Research
The Definition phase included a discourse with the stakeholders on the project’s pain points, vision, projections, and action scheme. We mapped out the targeted demographics, bank applications under implementation, and our short—and long-term goals.
Design and prototyping
Worked closely with the manager and the development team to flesh out the implementation details for chosen bank applications. Ensured pixel-perfect redesign of bank apps with the paffable feature to allow real feel test of functionality, accessibility, and necessary iterations. My role also included the design of the startup’s landing page to ensure uniformity.


Conclusion
The Paffable application feature showcases the effect of user-centered design for a seamless payment process for every business customer. Prioritizing user needs, conducting thorough market research, and countless iterations based on user feedback, the application feature aims to simplify and speed up customers’ payment process.
